Change the front of the boatshed to glass so that the patrons of the cafe can see the outside view of the boats and water.

Seating on the jetty so that at high tide it becomes a private space but also trapped? Forced meetings?
Perhaps expand on this idea and have a seating space on a boat in the water or on an anchored platform?
