These are the potential 5 ideas for the meeting space within my boatshed:

• Cafe

          Seating space caters for - professional meetings

                                               - meetings between long friends and family (people known)

                                               - meetings between strangers
                                                etc

• Literal meeting between high tide and boatshed

          Water floods certain part of boatshed or surrounding area to create recreational pool-meeting place

          But at low tide the once flooded space can be transformed and cater for a different form of meeting
          -seating
          -gym
          This will ensure that the meeting space is not limited by environmental factors and instead uses them to            its advantage
